DSK Nutrition, we strive to provide high-quality nutrition products and a smooth customer experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • Discount vouchers are one-time use only and will be considered used even if the order is cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygiene and consumable nature of our products, all items sold by DSK Nutrition are non-returnable.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Taste or flavor preference
  • Flavor differences between brands
  • Personal issues like stomach upset, headache, or product suitability

We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before purchasing any supplement.


Damaged / Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@dsknutrition.com within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share the following:
    • Unboxing video
    • Product images
    • Invoice copy
    • Inner & outer packaging images
    • Visible batch number

⏱️ Our team will respond within 48–72 hours.

Important:

  • Do not use the product once a complaint is raised
  • Do not accept shipments that appear tampered or damaged at the time of delivery

Delivery Failure / RTO (Return to Origin)

If your order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts:

  • Please contact our support team
  • We will either:
    • Re-ship the order (subject to availability), or
    • Process a refund in the form of store credits / voucher code

Tampered Shipment Disclaimer

  • Do not accept any damaged or tampered package
  • No returns or replacements will be provided once such packages are accepted

Snapmint Payment Policy

For orders placed using Snapmint:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only to the original payment method
  • DSK Nutrition cannot redirect refunds to any other account or payment mode
  • Refund timelines and processing are subject to Snapmint’s policies

If your payment is deducted but order confirmation is not received, please contact us with:
